Tinuom is a popular delicacy of Cabatuan. It is a dish made up of native chicken seasoned with onions, tomatoes, ginger, and lemon grass. It is wrapped in banana leaves and then cooked using a pot or a bamboo. The soup is really flavorful and it has hints of banana leaf to it. The traditional way of cooking it, really helped give more rich flavor to the dish which made it more delicious.
This is the new face of Leah’s tinuom, since the old building was reconstructed. Despite its new appearance, the place still has a vintage feel to it because of the designs and the furniture displayed. They maintain the vibe of it but still able to improve the quality of the place.
With its new appearance, you will surely enjoy dining in while feeling the fresh ambiance of the place. Aside that it serves delicious and savory dishes, you will also not get bored because this place is filled with antique pieces that you can look into while eating.
